Although Irôko Dance Academy operates as a for-profit organization, Ernesto and Denisse have also established a nonprofit called Irôko Dance Inc. Their goal is to empower professional dancers and teachers while fostering growth among youth, low-income dancers, and aspiring dreamers in the Tampa Bay area.
